Welcome to Mrs. C. Braam's First Grade Classroom!
View original image in a new window. Hi! My name is Cheryl Braam. I live in Mason, Ohio with my wonderful husband, Lee and our Old English sheepdog, Wally Hooper. Wally is just like the dog in "The Little Mermaid". I have taught at St. Michael Parish School for 31 years. It is a wonderful place to learn and have fun while doing so! Over the course of those years, I have taught over 775 students.

During breaks from school, I enjoy traveling, especially to the Caribbean! I also enjoy traveling to different amusement parks. My two favorites are Disney World and Universal Studios - Harry Potter World!!

One of my favorite things to do at the beach is to go snorkeling and watch all of the creatures in the ocean! While snorkeling in Grand Cayman, I have seen an eel, barracuda, sting ray, a shark, and even an octopus! I have gone swimming with manatees in Crystal River. The manatee is my favorite animal!

Each day in first grade brings new surprises. I look forward to each day full of smiles and laughter as we learn new things from each other! Welcome to the adventure we call FIRST GRADE!
