Visit the Nurse Slips

These slips are to fill out after your students visit the nurse. They were requested by a kindergarten teacher. After your student visits the nurse, fill out one of the slips and send it home to let their parent know they visited the nurse's office that day. This helps notify the parents as to what their child was seen for, and it also helps notify the parents how often their child is visiting the nurse.

Easter Squares Spring Game Template
This Easter/Spring themed game template is based on the popular game "Hollywood Squares" and plays the same way. One group uses the X and the other uses the O. The group that answers correctly gets the square and the first with tic-tac-toe wins the game. It features a game board, 9 pages for questions, and 9 more for answers. Simple set-up and playing instructions are also included. This fun flipchart can be used for any subject area.

Zombie Brains Random Student Picker
Are you kids obsessed with zombies? Mine love them, so I created a fun, cartoon friendly, zombie student picker. This student picker is called, "My Brainiacs." It features 35 brains to place your students' names on. You can then randomly call on your students by tossing a koosh ball at the board or having someone pick a brain. Simple set-up directions are included within this Smart Notebook file to tell you how to change the names & hide them.

This is one of the coolest ways that I have found to call on students. This flipchart is just a template - you will have to insert the pictures of your own students for this to work.
